The meeting of the Fees Fixation Committee, Krishna Public School International, Naya Raipur (C.G.) was held in the Principal's office at, Krishna Public School International, Naya Raipur (C.G.) on 16.01.2026. The meeting convened at 12:30 Noon preceded by the chairman, School Management Committee, Krishna Public School International, Naya Raipur (C.G.) Mr. Pawan Dubey.

Reading the minutes of last SMC meeting:
The Member Secretary, School Management Committee, Krishna Public School International, Naya Raipur (C.G.) Mrs.VineetaMairal read the minutes of the last SMC meeting held on 27th January 2025.

Approval of the minutes:
Minutes of the meeting held on 27.01.2025 were approved without modification.

Reading of Agenda:
To brief the members, Mrs.VineetaMairal, Member Secretary, Fees Fixation Committee, read the agenda for the meeting. The agenda for the meeting are:

1. Academic Growth of Students

The Secretary, School Management Committee informed the parents that the school is making all the possible efforts to ensure proper academic growth and all round development of students, against all the odds. To ensure holistic development of learners, various activities related to dance, music, art, craft, etc are being conducted in suitable manner using various platforms.

In addition to this to keep pace with the fast growing technology changes and to equip our students with the latest knowledge in the field of photography & videography, the school has started technology enabled video lab and graphic coding classes for students of 6-8, which is going on successfully.

In view of NEP and rapidly changing social environment various initiatives are taken for students as per the CBSE guidelines to ensure uninterrupted academic growth of students. School has come up with a new initiative in the field of design thinking, mathematical skills, Entrepreneurship and finance through online platform ‘ULIPSU’.

School is planning to start special coaching for JEE, NEET etc. after the school hours. In this context school may require additional staff. In addition to this school has also started Smart Classes using latest technology.

Resolved: All the members of School Management Committee discussed and resolved that they were happy and satisfied with the performance of their wards. They ensured that they have full faith that the school is leaving no stone unturned to provide best possible education..

2. Appointment of School Staff

Resolved:The members of School Management Committee discussed the number of vacancies and the responsibility for the appointment of school staff was given to the Principal and the Director, Krishna Public School International, Naya Raipur.

3. Conduction of Special Assemblies

: The Member Secretary, School Management Committee emphasized on the fact that the school was conducting special assemblies on various subjects like Van Mahotsav, KargilDiwas, Olympics, etc to create awareness on social issues and to make the learners responsible citizens. It is indeed praiseworthy that school is ensuring active participation in Honourable Prime Minister’s PARIKSHA PE CHARCHA.

Resolved: All the members expressed their heartfelt gratitude that the school was taking efforts to create awareness about environment and assured the school management of their whole hearted support to such causes.

4. Preparation for Exams

The Secretary, School Management Committee informed the parents that our teachers were taking special care and toiling very hard to prepare the students for examinations. Revision of all the subjects were going on for classes Nursery to XII.

Resolved: The members accepted the fact that the teachers of Krishna Public School International, Naya Raipur were working hard and giving appropriate revision for the examinations.

5. Suggestions by Parents

The Secretary, School Management Committee invited the parents to give their valuable suggestions.

Resolved: The parents suggested that:

  • 1. The PTM may be held on second or third Saturday for the convenience of working parents.
  • 2. The playing arena to be developed for the small kids.

6. Fees Structure for Session 2026–27

The Secretary discussed with the parents about the infrastructural facilities of our school and also informed them about the further plans of growth and facilities which would be provided to the students. Keeping in mind these high standard facilities she discussed with the parents the existing fee structure for the session 2025-26 & the new fee structure of the session 2026-27.

Resolved: The parents were fully satisfied with the infrastructural facilities of our school and keeping in mind that Krishna Public School International, Naya Raipur is a new progressive and a state of the Art school, agreed with the existing fees structure given by the Secretary. It was also resolved by the members of Fee Fixation Committee that there would be slight change in the fee structure of the school in the session 2026-27.

7. Finalization and Approval of Fee Structure for the Session 2026-27

  • (a) Member Secretary, Mrs. VineetaMairal informed the members that in the session 2026-27, an increment of about 20% has to be done in the salary of the school staff members. More class rooms are to be equipped with Smart Class setups. The infrastructure for sports are being improved. Taking the expenditure into consideration, all the members of Fee Fixation Committee unanimously resolved to increase the fee in Classes Nursery to XII, for the session 2026-27. The members decided that the Yearly Tuition Fee will be divided into four (04) installments. The first installment will be 30% of the yearly tuition fee to be paid in the month of April, second installment 30% in the month of July, third installment 20% in October and the fourth installment of 20% in January. To bring the installments in round figure, the amount payable was calculated in hundreds. It was also decided that the yearly tuition fee may be divided into ten (10) monthly installments for the parents having financial quandary.

  • (b) Resolved that 3% discount in the yearly tuition fee would be provided to the parents willing to pay the entire yearly tuition fee in the month of April 2026.

  • (c) Members decided that as ‘Brother – Sister Concession’, the last installment of the yearly tuition fee would be waived off for the youngest sibling.

  • (d) Members of the Fees Fixation Committee resolved that in the session 2026-27 also, no Annual charges / re-admission fee shall be taken from the regular students. Admission fee will be charged only once at the time of new admission. Transportation charges will be taken from the students availing the school bus facility.

Resolved: The parents agreed to the new fees structure of the session 2026-27.

8. Finalisation of Book List for the Session 2026-27 : The new book list for the session 2026-27 was presented by the Member Secretary, Mrs. VineetaMairal before the fee fixation committee.

Resolved: The members of Fee Fixation Committee agreed for the same.

9. Budget for the session 2026-27 :

The Member Secretary, Fee Fixation Committee informed the parents about the high quality of trained teachers, state of art library, bus facilities, excellent infrastructure, etc. To maintain these facilities she discussed the budget of the school for the session 2026-27.

Similarly in our ongoing persuit of providing the best and the latest ameneties to our students in our last meeting we had decided certain milestones for us and the school management is very pleased to inform that those milestones have been successfully achieved.

The school has purchased 2 new buses and a van for the students which costed around 50 lakhs.

5 new smarts boards were installed in classrooms to impart latest audiovisual lessons to our students at an expenditure of about 7.5 lakhs.

The school has also purchased new furniture keeping in view the increase in number of the students which costed around 8 lakhs.

To encourage, adopt and educate our students about the immense potential of green energy, school has installed solar panels which is expected to produce 30 kilowatt of solar power in the first phase worth Rs. 15 lakhs. The remaining work will be completed in phase II in coming years.

As the painting and minor repairing works of the school building was long pending the same was done in this session which costed around 6 lakhs.

It is a matter of great pleasure & satisfaction that the construction work of our pre-primary Building has successfully taken place and the new state of the art building equipped with smart classes, play ground with children friendly slides & swings is fully operational and classes from Nursery-KG-2 are successfully operating from June 2025. An expenditure to the tune of 40 lakhs was done for the same.

In the coming session the school is planning to purchase 6 big school buses which will cost around Rs. 1.50 Crore. 5 new smart boards will also be installed in remaining classes costing around Rs. 7.5 lakhs. New staff will have to be recruited as the number of sections would be increased.

In our continued approach of providing better facilities & environment to our students we are planning to install air conditioners in all the classroom of new building before the onset of summer season 2026 for which an additional cost of Rs. 5.5 lakhs will be required.

In order to facilitate increase of sections in various classes the requirement for new classrooms shall be met by way of construction of 15 more classrooms in ground & first floor of the existing building. Planning & associated work has already been started which will require an additional budget of 2.5 Crore. Bank loan is required for this work.

Resolved: The members of School Management Committee expressed their gratitude to the school authorities for providing such good facilities to their wards in Naya Raipur and they approved the budget for the session 2026-27 presented by the Member secretary.

Date of next meeting: The School Management Committee Members decided to meet soon or as and when required.
